This is the weapon of choice found in Kindred Spirits! It provides great short range stopping power, but has enough range to put a pedestrian down a block away! Best of all SMG ammo is abundant!

This pump action masterpiece provides some great thrills in close quarters! It didn't take long for the postal dude to grab a hold of one and cut a few inches off the barrel! Although this weapon packs a heart stopping punch, reloading it wont happen in a heartbeat! So take aim and make your shots count!!

 

 

 

CRAPTENDO ZAPPER

This is not a child's toy! After realizing how effective this gizmo was on the rat population in his basement, the postal dude merely upped the voltage on this scientific abomination for use on people. Be careful when using this sidearm, it is highly unstable and not covered by the FCC! Rumor has it the postal dude was "aided" by the kidnapped collaboration of a neighborhood science nerd..

 

 

WINDHOG SYCHO SPEED

 

Looks like our favorite homicidal recluse has another toy in his unforgiving arsenal! This isn't just any leaf blower, it is highly modified with intake valves that can be outfitted to spread a variety of bone splintering extremities! Neighbors have complained to the police about its blistering "Sycho Speed" noise level as well!! If there's a crowd, then they're a canvas for some morbidly life like artwork.

 

KITCHEN KNIFE

 

You simply cant go wrong with a well sharpened knife! Straight from the kitchen, and clenched in your hand! This knife has been through its paces and delivers slices of death on contact!

 

 

BALISONG BUTTERFLY KNIFE

 

Carve a smile on someone's throat before they can squeal! Its compact size makes it great for usage against people who don't walk alone as well! There's nothing like hearing this folding knife make a nice little hum while delivering precision cuts with blistering speed!

 

 

LSD SHEETS

When you need some mental and physical improvement drop some of this acid! You can get these very cheaply from some of the dealers around town in blotter paper form! Just don't take too much or else you will never come back from nevernever land!

 

 

ECSTASY PILLS

Incase you start dragging during your rampage, just find a nearby club and buy some pills! Be careful though, if you get too strung out, you will overheat and will have to urinate on yourself to combat the side effects!

 

 

COCAINE POWDER

The price is high and the dealers scarce, but when you do snort a line you will have increased speed, and brief invulnerability! If you get caught snorting, your ass will be thrown in the slammer!

 

THE REASON FOR BEING

The purpose behind Kindred Spirits is to immerse the player into a world that is hopefully different than what he or she has previously seen. When you play Kindred Spirits you will be exposed to new and traumatizing experiences, from these experiences you will begin to understand the Postal Dude., probably even better than he could ever understand himself. Although the content in this mod is violent, and graphic- I personally do not encourage nor condone violence or substance abuse of this nature in any way, shape or form- outside of the Kindred Spirits mod. Although there is humor still present in Kindred Spirits it takes a backseat to the morbid and grizzly sequences that riddle this particular mod experience. In many ways, I wanted to re open certain chapters from the original Postal game and fuse them with a few of my own personal ideas and art direction., so expect to see some familiar settings if you have ever played through previous Postal games! I will not open any forums for this particular mod. Although that might change after a few revision releases. I just hate walking into a forum, and seeing nothing other than idle gossip, spam, and that initial forum buzz that precludes every game or user-mod release these days. Misleading content renders are also out of the question, I extremely dislike going to a mod page drooling over some overdone renders in some fancy scene, then find out that it actually looks like utter crap in-game! So when the content renders are up, expect minimal glitz and glam to be shoved into them :) There is also no set timeline for release on this particular project. The release schedule will be "WID". Apart from a submission to a mod database or two, I wouldn't expect much fanfare to be showered upon Kindred Spirits., I simply want to make a mod that I'm proud of, and then take things from there. This is not some TC, I don't have the energy or the staffing to undergo such ambitious tasks. Kindred Spirits will bring some new weapons, some new levels, and hopefully some enjoyable memories, nothing more- and nothing less! Unpleasantly Yours -NEEDLES
