Put on agents clothes

Hee does anyone knows how to put on the clothes of a police man or women? I've heard that you can do that, but I can't figure how. Plz help me.

the police dress you can get in the police-station, somewhere in the locker room. it´s in the 3. floor, I think.

If you took it from one of the lockers, just hit the 'use' key.. Thats all..
