In the upper part of the town, behind the laundry, you have a trash that you can jump on it, after jump on the wall, go in the direction of the bar(staying on the wall for sure) until you cant move without falling, there you should be able to jump on the wall of the bar. After go left and you will be able to jump on the roof, or walk on the power lines, you will find the catnip, grenade, rifle, bowler, and things like that on the differents roofs.
