Need help importing textures to utx file

i have the photoshop plugin to allow me to open/edit dds files but i cannot save them as dds. i tried importing the texes as bmps but they wouldnt show up in the package, any help?

bmps shud work.
tell me "how" the image doesnt show up correctly DETAILED.

Probably it's about Texture Dimensions.

ah yes i made that mistake three times in another forums by accident but by one year not three :D
