ok Im looking to run a dedicated server so my friends can join and well we can kill eachother with less lag..ok Ill tell you my confusion

....now thats what it tells me I have done so far as make a shortcut for UCC(thats done and over) but I need help on the rest

now this is where I get hung up Where is that path I cant find it in Postal2.ini ANYWHERE and UCC doesnt stay up long enough for me too do anything...now predict that I will get flamed for something that is probably staring me at the face and I admit I have had a bit to drink tonight but I am totally lost as of yet...so if someone could pls help me nicely and coherently it would be greatly appreciated

and no one needs to remind me Im a n00b to the postal forums...I know that...and if it is in an older post I really couldnt find it..I made several searches...so if someone could pls help me I would be forever grateful
