Help, I lost my petition

Hi all,

In Tuesday, I was caught by police and brought to police station.  After I got out of the police station, I lost my petition.  I searched the police station and was not able to find it.

Please help.

there's a room inside the police station with all your previous stuff

Well.....
I tried this to find where it was...you have to restart the game. :S
