(just realised i should have posted in the "Support " section , didn't notice it )

So i will start with my system specs :

P4 celeron 3.0 ghZ
Nvidia 7600 gs (256vram)
2 gb ram 
Windows XP

According to the game's system requirements , this should run with no problem ,but i have problems with my FPS in some areas it's not smooth ,the fps is lower , it's noticeable , even on multiplayer on some maps (those would be custom ) but mostly for example at the dude's house area my FPS is low , i keep the settings on high (Tried lowering them but not helping to much )

Could it be a GPU issue or it's because of my celeron ? My current driver version is 196.21


The reason i am posting this is that maybe someone has a fix for it or something like that ;P (Though the game is playable and all that , but i just wanna find out why my fps is not so good )
