Sure, I guess that anyone who sits too long or sits wrong, can use it?
(Do you know what the number-one hidden back-problem is, with guys only?)
Sitting on your wallet, which lifts one side, and makes your spine shift a bit.
Anyway, doing a dozen slow and proper pelvic-lifts, everyday, will keep it aligned.
Or just do them, when you start to feel a small ache in the hips or back area.
(Now, do you want to know how to break bricks with your dick?)

YES!
i'm going to sound old now but i do calanetics
its simple exercises but they work so well
an example, instead of doing situps which put a lot of strain on your back ect esspecially if not done right, lay on the floor or a mat and just raise your top torso a few inches, put your hands behind your head for support.
after 10 or so of those you will start to feel the pull,it strengthens your abbs and lower back muscles and can be used by anyone from age 5 to 80
