I Can't set the Xcharacters mode

Hi there, I don't get it, how can I set the xcharacters mod ? I did everything it said in the instructions, but I still don't have any characters in the game, please man, someone show me how to do it :goinpostal:

well , i dont know .I never tryed theam .
Sorie im no help on this .But some one must know.
