Ah this is driving me insane! MOVERS! Im trying to make a moving tank witch moves forward on a quite long road with no turns.
So i usually do this:
1. Find the mesh that i want to use like a mover, its a tank. the whole tank has two parts - the body and the turret. I click on the mesh of the body in the static mesh browser and then click on the add mover button - the body is added like a mover, than i just rotate in the position i want. I do the same with the turret and place it on top of the body.
2. I set up the key one distance of the body. Quite a long distance but im sure the mesh can find it. Than try it out and it works (clicking on key one and key zero)
3. I go to the mover properties of the body of the tank, under events i will fill out "tags" and give it a name like tankMover (i think the name is not important)
4. Than i will select the turret, go down to the properties, under movement i will select the "attach tag" and write in there the name (tankMover)
5. Now i will set up the trigger system. I go to the actor class browser i find the "use trigger" under triggers and put the trigger in any location i want.
6. Than i go to the trigger properties, under event i set the event to tankMover
7. I will return to the body of the tank, go down to its properties, under object is set the "initial state" to Trigger Toggle.
This should work, but if i go ingame - problem - it does not move. Dunno if you have to press some key to activate the mover or it just activates itself...
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG????????

Try to place a trigger. Name its event or tag the same as the panzer uses. Look into the panzers properties if you can find something that says something like wait for trigger. If not, just rely on the event or tag names. Cant remember which of those two was the important one lol. Anyway, then just rebuild go ingame and take a look if it works
