I have the NVIDIA plugin for photoshop (DDS plugin)... I extracted a DDS file from the "ChamelHeadSkins" package, opened the DDS file and edited the face of the guy... OK. I saved the files as DXT3 and All MIP.

I opened the editor again, changed the face of the guy and I choose "DXT3" at the compression menu:



OK..

Saved the package... and opened the game..

All the heads of the people in the package are like that:




What the fuck is wrong?

Help ASAP please... thnx
