thats not toooo difficult...
export the texs to photshop dds or something
then put the faces of your "friends" on the place the normal faces are....to make a whole new head tex is some more fuckin difficult, because there are tex coords made when the models where made...i mean you know if you look at the head texes you see the face here, the ears there and the hair somewhere else....
