I have asked this question on other fourms and they helped, but I still can't make it work the way I want it to.

I want to remove all the female 3d models that use skirts and replace them with a new model. I have looked on the web and in some fourms, and have tried everthing they told me to do. Some progress but then the game crash's.

I'm trying to do this in the real game and not in a level i'm making. I think thats way i'm having trouble.

Thanks for any help.

I want to add in a new bystander. If I could export one from the game into a 3ds format then I could change it then import it back in.
