If you are a legal owner of STP you can put the cd into your drive and select reinstall or copy the file manually.
If you aren't a legal owner then I am afraid I have to tell you to fuck off!

(SKillMaster is unfortunately right, in many ways.)
Because we've had several pirates actually ask us, directly, for lots of Postal files.
BTW, sometimes a marginal CD install can be solved with using a DVD drive.
(The RWS Board is down, right now.)
So, IF you have the CD then simply copy the Sounds.exe to your Sounds folder.
And then double-click that to restore all those sound files, including your missing one.
But, beyond that, we would be stepping into possible "Piracy Problems", you know?

duh! i live in Denmark and it took me like 100 years to get this game!!!
and im sorry everyone.....i have a confession.......i had the pirate version before....i wanted the real game because its way cooler owning "originalos" and then it also supports the the makers.
RWS rocks! how many times must i say?

i didnt even know it was a pirated version!!!!! i thought it was a free mod on the internet!!!!
