Select a pawn, open the properties of him, and go to "character" then "boltons" selet the first one. then set "bAttachToHead" to True. If u want to make the bolton dropable set "bCanDrop" to true.
the write in the "Bone" line "Node_Parent"
and then u select a Staticmesh and add it under "StaticMesh"
