and thats all thats visable..... backup spawner works, but will only spawn law enforcment.

I cannot find any details on the different settings for each of the spawners either. I have searched around..but nothing.......even outside the forum there seems ot be no descriptios that I have been able to find.

I'm trying to get random bystanders, but even with following what i heave heard others say, nothing works.
