Get out of jail (but not free)

OK everyone,
I know that is must be very simple, but how the hell do you get out of the jail cell when you get "caught".

There is 1 guard that walks around, a sink, toliet, bed, light (above), fire sprinlker, and a sign that reads the doors will be open in case of fire.

I have nothig in my inventory, and I have tried to kick and piss on the light bulb to set it on fire. No luck.

Tried to piss on the guard.. no luck.

tried to piss and kick the fire sprinkler...no luck

So what is the magical trick that you have to pull off to get this done?

You should have some matches on you (well i did). Then you just light a match when your under the sprinkler, that will set of the Fire alarm..

ya, you should have matches in your inventory... otherwise its a game glitch and you have to go back to your last save file.. or, sadly enough, you have to restart the game

throw a match at the sprinkler...
if you dont have matches open the console
(via the ~ key) and then type
sissy
packnheat
sissy

that will give you all the guns... including the matches...

or you could just put in the wepon cheat and start a fire
