AW Delays...

I preordered AW on May 19, with the announcement that it would go gold one week earlier in my e-mail inbox. EBGames promised it on May 24, so I go there like a dedicated fan on that day and BAM. They say it's delayed until May 27. So three days later I come back and BAM again, May 31. I just went there today after a Memorial Day weekend I wish I could forget and it turns out they would've shipped it on Memorial Day and they fucked up on the schedule since they DON'T ship on Memorial Day.
Since it's EB's fault for the third "delay" I won't hold it against RWS. So it had better be there tomorrow.

That is why I pre-ordered AW from the RWS site, directly.
Less promises and delays and then I simply wait and pray at the mail-box.
Plus, I hope that RWS will receive some more profit, this way...
After all, we do want to see a Postal 3 or some more Postal 2 add-on mods?
(PS, I think that it is SMASHING the way that the GREAT Kamek is coming to the rescue with his AW7 modification of the original AW software!!!)

Maybe I have not been here long enough to know the exact details of "your" particular problems guys, however:
I too saw it offered at Amazon like Punisher mentioned. I followed the link, and found out that I would more than likely be getting it from Gamestop. (They re-direct business to them for harder to find stuff). So I went to gamestop directly and pre-ordered it just a few days ago.
I shit you not, it arrived on my doorstep today. US version, brand new, all sealed and blah blaha blah. Even comes with a exclusive poster or some thing. ( I have not opened it yet, I just got up after pulling an all nighter trying to reconfigure my sound drivers after trying to upgrade them for the NEW doom3 patch ... Bah ... Went back to my old drivers the new ones make all sorts of wierd clicks and buzzes. Drives me mad.
Anyhow, back to the topic. I can only assume, that if there is a delay in getting your copies, you are either in Europe where distribution may be much different, or that RWS sent out all of the first pressings to cover pre-orders elsewhere, and now there will be a delay as they repress to fulfill the pre-orders placed at their own site. (Logic would say it should work the opposute way, but it does not - I learned that from experience in pre-ordering many games and music CDs).
Hope you guys get your copy soon.

And it was shipped, yesterday... So, it is "on its way", right now !!!

I'm 17, old enough to get M games but not old enough for a credit/debit card. 
I ordered from EB Games down in Sacramento, and apparently none of the EBs in the area know what the hell is going on with their AWs. If it's not there by the time I go to pick up GTA: San Andreas for the PC next Tuesday, I'm going to have to order it via money order from RWS.
