Can anyone help me out?

I am trying to find instructions on how to redirect my server so that people can get the maps.

Everywhere I look people say to go to Scottshome.com. However that website says that it is gone until Scott can get a highspeed connection again.

If someone has a link to another site that has tutorials on this, or if someone can give me the instructions I would be very grateful.
